Returns and Exchanges

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?


At Aatman The Label, we always aim to ensure our customers love our products. However, if you need to return an order, we’re happy to assist.

All regular-priced items are eligible for returns within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with hang tags still attached.

Please note that any shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable unless we are at fault—such as shipping you a damaged or incorrect item.

All sale items and items purchased with a promotional code (excluding the Welcome Newsletter promotional code) are final sale and not eligible for return.

In case of price adjustments, the new price will be honoured by request to aatmanthelabel@gmail.com if the item changes in price within 10 days of your original order date.

For products purchased from third-party retailers, please refer to their return policies directly.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel an order (without compensation) placed online if, for example, a style becomes unavailable.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
To initiate a refund or exchange, please email us with your request at aatmanthelabel@gmail.com.

In your email, kindly include the following:

  • Your original order number
  • The style you wish to return
  • Whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund. For exchanges, please specify the desired style and size.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund or exchange request once we receive the returned package.

Your returned item(s) must be received within 14 days of your return request being approved. If we don’t receive the items within this time frame, we cannot process your return or exchange. Once we receive the return, we will either refund the amount to your original payment method or ship the new item if you requested an exchange.
