Founder Story: The Journey Behind Aatman The Label

As the founder of Aatman The Label, my journey has been fuelled by a deep passion for empowering women through fashion. Like so many women, I’ve worn many hats—balancing a career, family, and personal moments. But through it all, I often found myself struggling to find clothing that seamlessly fit into my dynamic lifestyle. It became clear that there was a gap in the market for stylish, versatile, and comfortable clothing that could take a woman from a busy workday to a cosy evening with loved ones without skipping a beat.

I’ve always believed in the power of simplicity and elegance, and my love for blending traditional Indian craftsmanship with modern design inspired me to create Aatman. The name "Aatman" comes from the word for "soul" or "self"—and that’s exactly what I want Aatman to represent: clothing that helps a woman express her true self.

I believe that a woman’s smile not only brightens her family but has the power to positively impact everyone in her world. That smile is the result of confidence, comfort, and joy—and I want Aatman to be a reason for that smile.
